Refund policy

All handmade/custom items are made to order and are not eligible for a standard return.

With that being said, here at Thaze Makes, we take pride in and stand by the quality of our work. If there are ever issues with your order/product received, please reach out and we will take every reasonable action we can to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Cancellations:
Once an order has entered production it may no longer be canceled. (I.E. Material has been cut.)

If an order is canceled before production starts, a 5% fee applies in addition to any non-refundable charges incurred by the seller. This is to cover the transaction fees from the payment processor used during the checkout and refund transactions. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
