Shipping policy

All products / orders are made to order and processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Your order will enter the production schedule at this time. 

If your order includes any custom engraving/creative work, any proofs/designs need to be approved before those custom elements can be added to your product. We will not continue with your order until we receive and have a record of your approval. 

We currently have a 4+ week lead time, however, we will always complete our production schedule in the order it is received and aim to ship every order as soon as humanly possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow ~48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
